When will my order be delivered?
Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed via regular ground Fedex/USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email. Shipments leave from Oregon and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped via ground shipping. We are not able to expedite shipping.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my package didn't arrive?
Please email us at email@example.com. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.
What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Damages & Refunds
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
Please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage, showing the tinctures are unusable, and we will ship you replacement product free of charge.
What do I do if I want a refund?
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with Alora, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund your purchase.
